Los Bocs 100% Arabica Beans: A fantastic blend of 100% Arabica espresso that is second to none. Franco Mondi, son of Mondicaffè's founder and master roaster, has invested all of his knowledge and years of experience into this completely new blend.

Mondi sources its green coffee directly from small coffee plants. Six high-class varieties marry here in perfect harmony. The result is a full-bodied, incredibly creamy coffee that is presented in a very harmonious way and with considerable fullness. We are so excited that at first we couldn't believe it was a 100% Arabica espresso. Until now, we have only known to a limited extent the depth and balance of blends with a Robusta component.

Very velvety texture of the cream. Long and persistent aftertaste. Sweet and delicate.

Toasted

Medium roast degree. Very uniform appearance of the grains with an even golden color. There are no broken grains. Arabica beans are slowly and gently roasted, variety by variety, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees before composing a balanced blend. Individual roasting guarantees optimal flavor.

So it's no surprise that Mondicaffè The Bocs is currently number 1 in our office. Excellent both in the automatic coffee maker and in the portafilter.

Mondicaffè is CSC certified (Caffè Speciali Certificati). The association was founded in Livorno in 1996 and Mondicaffè is one of the founding members. The certificate guarantees the high quality standards of the coffees. The test criteria include all processes for the production of premium coffee. (Harvest, processing of green coffee, transportation, storage and roasting). Thanks to ISO certification at all levels of manufacturing, the customer can trust a product of the highest quality.
